Marketing and editorial design for a call tracking platform sold to automotive dealerships — a 22 page quarterly mailed to dealers, the infographics that carry the company's annual call data, executive webinar decks, and the social campaigns around them. I wrote one of the features as well as designed it.
A print publication mailed to dealerships every quarter. Dealer interviews, the CRISP methodology explainer, and a campaign back page, on a grid that keeps production fast while each issue still opens differently.
Every feature opens on a portrait, a headline split across two weights, and a byline block in the same position — so a 22 page issue reads as one publication, not a stack of one-off pages.
I also wrote for it. One of the features is mine end to end: I interviewed our CEO, Stephane Ferri, and authored the article, then designed the spread it runs in.
Car Wars publishes call data pulled from millions of dealership phone calls. The numbers only land if the hierarchy does the arguing: one headline figure, then the breakdowns a general manager can act on — best days, best hours, where the missed opportunities sit.
Instagram posts run in series — a myth or fact hook, a webinar invite, a last-call giveaway. Each one has to read at thumbnail size, so the headline does the work and the detail sits underneath it.
Executive-facing decks built for a 20 minute slot. Strategy counts up front so the audience knows the shape of the talk, then one idea per slide with a diagram and a data point to back it.
Templated after the first build: title, numbered agenda, concept, proof, close.
